Occasionally my asthma gives me a nice whispery female-John-Mayer singing voice for a few hours.. give and take, eh?

I’ve been getting real sad these past few weeks.. my house is slowly making the transition from a home to just a shell, my days are spent stuck inside boxing things away, my nights revolve around my online classes, the convenience of seeing my friends is gone, I don’t see my boyfriend as often as I’d like, I get jealous hearing about part time jobs and summer plans I can’t make..  With only three weeks left it just hits me like a truck.  Summer isn’t fun anymore :’(

My grandpa has Alzheimer’s so he has no idea who my grandma is but everyday for the last three or four months he brings her in flowers from their garden and asks her to run away with him and be his wife and everyday she says she already is and everyday the smile my grandpa gets on his face is the most beautiful heartfelt thing I have ever seen.

Omg.  This is getting stupid.

I’ve been so very stressed lately.. trying to balance three summer classes, help my family out, make time for people, and get (a little) sleep in there too. It’s not as easy, or fun, as it sounds. My whole family is so tense and on edge lately, and understandably so.. And as a result of that a small argument can blow up and out of proportions in a split second. Family fights are never fun, but forgiven fast. Which is nice in retrospect..

But I don’t know what I would do without Chey or James to keep me sane :3 hehe My best friend and boyfriend are always there for me when I need them, couldn’t ask for anything more :)

Chey is coming down to visit on Wednesday!  I am so excited! :)  It’ll be good to spend some quality time with my best friend.  Going to hit up retail101 and then chill and get foods.. so much impending fun :3 hehe

Saturday, September 28 - Josh Turner is gonna be at the Durham Fair!!! I know where I’m gonna be :3 hehehe

i hate when you have to order at a restaurant, but all the menu items have really goofy or long names. like wtf its so embarrassing to look your waiter in the eyes and be like “yes i’ll have Uncle Jimmy’s Finger Lickin’ Rib Ticklin Hootin-n-Hollerin’ Cajun Heat Super Stack Supreme Cheese Burger.”

Bleh.  I keep remembering that I volunteered to work at Oxford High’s “Oxford Day” sports benefit carnival thing from 8-10am tomorrow morning.  It’s only setup and my brother is working the same shift so I guess it’s not that bad.  But still…. :P
